Professional Background

With over 14 years of diverse professional experience spanning financial consultancy, corporate finance, banking, and audit, Mr. Amit Gautam brings strong commercial acumen and strategic leadership to Electro-Tech Transmission Pvt. Ltd. He holds an MBA in Banking and Finance, supported by a robust foundation in audit practices and financial controls.

Career Journey

Mr. Gautam began his career with a three-year internship at a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm, gaining extensive hands-on exposure to revenue audits, concurrent audits, tax audits, and statutory audits. This early experience strengthened his understanding of compliance, risk management, and financial discipline—elements that continue to guide his professional approach.

He subsequently joined a leading financial consultancy firm in Indore, where he spent four years and rose to the position of Team Leader. Working closely with several corporates, banks, and NBFCs across Indore and Bhopal, he developed deep expertise in credit evaluation, financial structuring, and lender coordination.

Further advancing his career, Mr. Gautam served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of an EPC company for nearly three years, where he led financial planning, budgeting, commercial operations, and strategic decision-making initiatives. He then transitioned into the banking sector, gaining valuable exposure in the SME divisions of Yes Bank and HDFC Bank.

She holds an MBA in Business Economics and Finance from DAVV Indore, along with a Diploma in Security Analysis and Portfolio Management from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
